Craigieburn Station Car Park

Planning Design Construction Complete

Summary

The Victorian Government and Australian Government have worked in partnership to deliver 745 new car parking spaces at Craigieburn Station.

The upgrade includes a new footpath connecting the car park to the station, and added lighting and CCTV to make it safer for people to use the car park at all times of the day and night.

A signalised pedestrian crossing over Potter Street and an upgraded pedestrian crossing over the railway line have also been provided to assist commuters in accessing the station safely from the new car park.

The project was supported by the Australian Government’s Urban Congestion Fund and the Victorian Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution Fund, and delivered by VicTrack through the Victorian Government’s Car Parks for Commuters program.
