Engagement

To support the delivery of new and upgraded car parks at this site and the planning approvals process, we undertook a process of community consultation to ensure that the views of local residents and station users were considered.

Planning Approvals Consultation Summary

We invited local residents and interested stakeholders to provide feedback on the designs as well as key local values we should consider when completing detailed design. The public consultation period was open from 30 August until 20 September, with feedback captured through the Victorian Government’s online engagement platform Engage Victoria, as well as mail and email.

Next Steps

Feedback has been included in a public consultation summary report which informs the Minister for Planning’s assessment of the projects under Clause 52.03. Feedback has also been provided to the design and project teams for consideration as the final designs are confirmed.
